Yes its probably the same groups behind the New Park developments. But as usual they wont finalize a deal without significant state and town allowances. Hart may be desperate enough because they dont want to continue dealing with ideanomics being lazy as crap with maintaining the area. For such an amazing asset, they had no problem letting the area get so out of control it resulted in an exploding rat population that started affecting residents. So i do hope someone does actually come through and finally do something about it because ideanomics never did.
