How is he going to get his funding if he doesn't use toxic funding? It is how companies that have NO money get funding because they can't get it any where else. Note holders run the OTC. He does know what all stock traders fear and is saying all the right things. Plain and simple... he wants to sell whatever shares he has from a company that isn't making any money except for himself.
