Again, with the bigger picture in mind re "handouts"
Like more resources to schools, teachers or any other
Social Institutions - a better balance in distribution.
As you know people will knee-jerk say that's communism
But holy-fuck Batman - just basic logic tells one
It's not political. Just a fact on the ground.
Too much wealth gained from the commons -
Not someone's ingenuity necessarily and statistics tell us
Mostly inherited.
