FIRST UPPER was to 17-18, THEN DOWN TO 1-13, profit takers, MMs buying back what they sold, without delivering it...........

SECOND UPPER WAS 28, then down to 2-23, the same as above

THIRD UPPER was 4, then down to 29-32, the same as above

FOURTH UPPER will be ( IMO ) 5-55, then down to 4-43, same as above

FIFTH UPPER 65-7 ( IMO ), then down.......
etc....
etc....

3 to 5 if there is NO news on third partner, but once those news are out -- then all the bets are off -- this moves much higher -- .5c is ABSOLUTELY DOABLE, .10c is VERY DOABLE, .20c is POSSIBLE....IMO !!!!
