It sure has been a journey for ole BIEL. I have only been around three years, but I read all the posts from folks who were here from the start.
I have never seen the complete explanation of Joe Neal I believe it was, got the gist that he was quite the scoundrel and really pulled some shenanigans. Then the legal situation you mention,I was on the tail end of that when they settled. BIEL
