So even CNBC mentioned the incredible volumes on the pennies.
what really can the SEC do - its an open market - there are buyers and sellers. so its obvious there are trading groups picking stocks to run. but unless you infiltrate these groups you may not be able to do anything and unless you find they are explicity directing one another to manipulate a stock I think it is buyer beware.
I also think it will die off as the pumps don't go up as far and more people get stuckheld and lose money - but WTH DIK - I have no idea really where any of this is coming from. I am just trying to be part of the party even if I am not one of the cool kids LOL
