Griffin is not getting paid. That is abundantly clear from the last paragraph of the opinion.
"Lastly, Griffin requests a reasonable fee for her efforts to improve the
settlement. She cites two independent grounds for the requested fee award.
Neither accompanied her one-line request to the Bankruptcy Court for 'costs and fees associated with bringing the Objection.' Griffin’s new grounds are really new arguments presented for the first time on appeal. We decline to consider them."
In short, the court refused to consider the grounds on which she based her request for fees. That means that her fee request was denied. She may continue to fantasize about it, but it is not going to happen. The court has to authorize any such payment, and it did not.
