So who is giving her money though the backdoor against of the 3rd circuit court ruling?

Oh and "NOT PRECEDENTIAL" btw. She thought she might set a Precedence.

Griffin is not getting paid. That is abundantly clear from the last paragraph of the opinion.

In short, the court refused to consider the grounds on which she based her request for fees. That means that her fee request was denied. She may continue to fantasize about it, but it is not going to happen. The court has to authorize any such payment, and it did not.
