That's what I meant by "exactly." There is no downside. Makes no sense to me why they wouldn't want that.
But Nasdaq is only about SP and there are missing pieces to this story and that causes confusion; not a good thing. I've held Hive for awhile and watched Holmes solve the major problem they had with Genesis mining and finally was able to separate from that albatross. Holmes figured that problem out. Now, Hive, and all blockchain companies, have some real problems to solve. Right now, with all the SP fireworks, the problems aren't being talked about. But Holmes is a smart guy, long background. I assume he's trying to figure it all out. And this lack of transparency is part of the problem. He needs to let us know his plan or he will lose support. In my opinion, Nasdaq would be a no-brainer and would give him much breathing room, so I also don't see the downside. Maybe your hunch of there being some reason he can't go there is on point.
