I was going back and forth with this twit on reddit. He was insistent that COUV would be able to go straight to NASDAQ. Said he had an 8 figure portfolio. If his screenshot isn't bogus, he did. Hard to believe he didn't buy in when COUV was way low. He's screwed, now....
