Sadly, you can ask 3 'customer svc' staff the same question and get 3 answers.
I'm 54 and over the years have come to accept that when seeking trading law advice from 'professionals'.
I keep calling until I get a consensus which then matches what is happening.
Also, depending on the question, you can do a yahoo or google search on the question and speed up the process.
