ETRADE Does that. They round off the number to the nearest penny for a quick view but if you look at the detail quote you will see it closed today at .0069. I have ETRADE and I see exactly what you are stating.

So I have an alert set for 0.01 and this morning at open market E-trade said it hit the target price. I think it's a glitch though
