The facility the built is not yet complete and would not be allowed in any jurisdiction that enforced building codes.

The LaCoste SCAM cannot be repeated in most locations in this or even other countries.

This is not to say that the Texas Department of insurance doesn’t have an inspection or 2 coming to LaCoste.

The LaCoste facility is nowhere near completion. And SHMP has now put itself under the gun to get its lab and processing facility running and approved, including a HACCP, for the first "harvest".

Unless SHMP decides it's still in "testing" mode and decides to continue to give away SHMP to Delgado's Cali country club buds.
