This is precisely correct and I believe there are less than 50 MM shares left at Alpine for sale. If you check the filings, you'll see there were about 840 MM shares that could be or were deposited. Check the name, "Green Tree Capital (about 840 MM shares) and L and H LLC, 400 MM shares. That's whats being sold into the market. Its almost done. Management knows this. It's in the filings. These people had a huge payday even at these prices, but make no mistake, this is why the stock price dropped sharply several weeks ago. This is also why smart traders are accumulating right now.
