I waited on hold on my phone with Etrade for almost 90 minutes before a got someone. She helped me out and got me transferred said it will take 2-3 business days to show up

Just to give you a heads up, if you call them about 7-8 times and just stay on hold for a few minutes each time, they will have your number on caller id and begin calling you back because they realize you are not going to give up. I just know from experience, may want to give it a try. Also, the weekends are definitely better for getting into contact with them by phone.
