E*trade seemed to be swamped today. I had a question (not related to trading), and a recording said that wait time was "127 minutes." Hmmm... I've never been put on hold for more than maybe 5 minutes. So I hung up and tried the online chat. Their wait time was "435 minutes" Unreal. Maybe my email will get an answer in about 3 days. Good thing it's nothing urgent so I can wait for an answer.
I just wanted to give you guys an idea of how busy they are. Could be thousand of people wanting to open new accounts with them because of the Robinhood fiasco, and now TDA.
