I can’t imagine him talking about something like this unless it were just a few weeks away.. his track record (for the most part) on the National Infrastructure Plan project package announcements is to say it’s coming in two weeks and it ends up being announced 4-6 weeks later. If we apply 4-6 weeks to this historical agreement, then that lands us between 1/20 and 2/03.

It seems like we need to hear something soon within the next month otherwise this project or projects cannot move forward without any money
