Also, I don't think the website was aimed at us (the opportunistic MILV share scavengers, trading existing shares - although it was entirely to our benefit info-wise). Unless of course they were trying for a pump and dump. I think instead it was honestly intended as the first-step web presence of a new, filing-current, NDTP operation that could solicit new investment and collaborations.
As we have seen, nothing much (public!) has come along to accompany the site since. Whether that's the result of waning enthusiasm, insufficient resources, inability & bad breaks - or - an unplanned "pivot" (and associated delay) to new opportunity is the mystery.
