lawsuit is settled in arbitration. This is a big deal

This is the reason why all mention of Annihilyzer is gone from annihilare's site and all google searches now comes up with PCTL and it's distributors.

This is also the reason why Marty Paris's Annihilyzer Inc. doesn't come up in any searches.


Doubt we will know the full terms of the arbitration but to think PCTL is not getting damages imo is wrong. I also bet PCTL will be getting royalties from annihilare

In the formal legal world, a court case that is dismissed with prejudice means that it is dismissed permanently. A case dismissed with prejudice is over and done with, once and for all, and can't be brought back to court.

You could dismiss with prejudice, if there'd probably be no need to come back to court, because, say, because you have been paid $$$ !!!.

"Patent Lawsuit all claims have been settled" Good find,didn't expect settlement so soon...as they often take years. pctl hs more important chores to attend to.What we did get out of this w/o cost is the fact we established the FACT that our history demonstrates we'er willing to go to court...so other don't tread on me.
