I agree that the settlement of the lawsuit is a big deal, and I am glad to hear that it is done.
Legal proceedings can be costly, and very time-consuming (and draining) for management etc.

I agree that we may never know how they may have settled, in part due to non-disclosure agreements etc.

you will see that #66 is in regards to the settlement of the case. I suspect that since it is only 1 page, that it is the same as the letter per the link in Post 151125 =

You may also notice document #19 from June 25, 2020 = Counterclaim, where the various parties of Plaintiff look to have countersued the various parties of Defendant.
So there were likely some various disputed items ... and perhaps a bit less "clear-cut" as you make it appear.

It would be interesting to learn what the claims & counterclaims were, and how they were settled, and if there are any settlement payments involved.
We may not learn for a while ... perhaps some payments could show up in a future 10Q or 10K.
