I have never been through an audit, i may understand a little about it, but I don't know how auditors meet and check the books...different firms don't do things the same way...SO FUNN EE!!! It took Roger time to get all subs on same page for bookkeeping, now that Rogen is in charge, the process will run smoother since he has that kind of experience...why dontcha send him a message, takes same amount of energy...and being in coding industry, efficiency is everything...

What you are saying may or may not be true however, we have a new CEO who practices law and I firmly believe he will take the bull by the horns and resolve whatever issues that may arise. Our former CEO put together a wonderful business concept, I think he got in a little bit over his head with the day to day operations and business growth/expansion. Regarding our new CEO, passing the bar exam is no easy task in any state. It really educates you on how to think. Not taking anything away from Roger at all...I feel that our new CEO brings some profound business acumen to the table. One of Roger's downfalls was over promising and under delivering. Our new guy I feel will under promise and over deliver. Any issues with this new auditing firm will be tackled immediately. You could be correct with the integrity of the numbers...they could be off. This guy doesn't strike me as the type that would dance around the issues and put a band aide on it. He will address it and apply sound judgement and correct it immediately...and move on to the next issue. That is my take anyway.
