I thought you might be joking but it seems to be a mass problem that's been posted on Reddit. TD Ameritrade, Robinhood and E Trade all glitching and not working properly.
Well it is all legacy code. They got fat and happy and did not rewrite their code, even though technically Robin Hood's code is newer than TDs. Tom Sosnoff and crew created Think or Swim (TOS) on TD, so I understand a bit about the code for a NON-IT guy.
