I think Duma gave excellent advice trading few bell weather index funds (ETF) SPY QQQ are great Idea. I do trade Ford although trading other instrument would be better but that is a trader remorse. I learned and polish many things from DUMA he is great human being and ready to share and give some golden nuggets.
One thing I learned from SPY board is for swing trading 4 hours charts better understanding where one should enter.
