No. I spoke with senior mgmt recently. My question is to the community, has it been resolved? I hold a significant amount of shares (millions) and ask as I am Canadian and thought someone might know. That's all. I am bullish and a believer in the company but this sht is rookie hour admin BS that should never of happened.
The last time they got stuck in this spot it took 30 days. Could be done quicker but bottom line is the President is responsible for this and his credibility is holding back this stock to some degree. He did a great job hiring Rick and team for the EV side but he needs to redeem himself with better day to day management, not too much dilution, not over promise etc. I have huge faith in Rick Curtis and team and the Board looks pretty solid but the guy at the very top needs to execute better then he has in the past.
