Did u read the DSGT comment on this subject over at Facebook? Someone there talked w Bob and found out that he just supplied them with all the details of the 8k filed at the SEC and they should have it resolved very soon. But No One knows how long they will deliberate and if they want to fine DSGT for not providing the same data to them as they did for the SEC.
