At the time, the price may have seemed right. At least it wasn't Grey, but the laundry list of people who were given shares, and the amounts outstanding are considerable.
The IH thread now consists of the usual suspects pumping air, and nobody can say who the control person is, or what it is that the company does. The refrain is oh yes, the merger is true, so buy stock, or,the merger fell through, but just wait Mark Newbauer has someone else taking it over, ergo my message to Newbauer about sending the info to the SEC/DOJ for their inspection.
