Keep in mind that the indication does NOT have any wording in regards to "fasting" or non-fasting TG levels. This means that if the patient was fasting and had TG's of 140 which would normally disqualify him/her, you can generally add 10% onto that number for non-fasting which would be 154. That qualifies.
Also, Statin use is not technically required either because maximally tolerated statin dose could be zero.
