So now the meaning of the word "annual" is being disputed? Concrete fact that annual does not mean every year? lol. This cannot be serious.

The words "not required" do not appear in the bylaws as they might relate to an annual meeting. The resolution is about setting the actual date for the ANNUAL meeting each year. Annual - every year - no ambiguity here, it means every year.

Perhaps a link to actual, factual information might clear up the apparent confusion some might be having about annual meetings for public companies:

S corporation

Is anyone seriously trying to say all the rules and laws that specifically refer and define annual meetings actually mean meanings that can be held at any interval - every 4 years, every 10 years, or not at all? Is that how annual meeting is being interpreted in the new erhe paradigm?
