I don't think so. It was something odder than that. But it's been a long time; I could be wrong. The SEC sued him as "Jerry S. Williams".

As I recall, he paid $545K for it, so he's making a nice profit. That's what Redfin says, adding that it hasn't been sold Ince 2010.
