I have access to some costly/sophisticated software for tracking people down, but finding someone named Jerry Williams would be almost impossible.
The Monk/Monkinar saga is probably my all-time favorite from our DD group. One unusual wrinkle was that most of the victims were photographed at one time or another, and posted on IHUB... a huge number of very ordinary looking people, and from teens to elderly.
