Mark Newbauer wanted to do a 100M deal with Strategic Healthcare Alliance LLC.
Kerry is Chief of Strategic Healthcare Alliance LLC.
Kerry said no to Mark. I think that was a very good decision.
Now Kerry is Chief of VGTL and Strategic Healthcare Alliance LLC.
Now Chief Kerry can do the 100M deal without Mark Newbauer.
