The December 21, 2020 "press release" you linked to does nothing to explain why SHMN has failed to publish current financials for over two years.

In fact, it perpetuates this company's track record of blowing deadlines, stating definitively that "The (CBD) product is going to be available for retail buying on our online store at https://store.sohm.com within 3 weeks while working to make it available at various physical stores."

Four weeks later, no CBD.

I think that SHMN has potential, but until they start publishing regular disclosure, it's all just smoke and mirrors.
