Aside from yesterday's news, my most recent disappointment stems from MK asking me to participate in the Reg A. I agreed, signed the subscription agreement, wired him $102,000, and waited for my shares. He returned the wire once the PPS went parabolic just a few weeks ago. That was my first hint.
wow...I had no idea (if you spoke of it earlier, i missed the post)
Thank goodness he pr’d the submission! We were under three cents until then. Lots of new investors above 5 cents. Some percentage will hold. My bet is Vivos raised some $$ from this run which will helps us pay for the needed animal testing. When the dust settles we will not be at three cents. If we do with no additional bad news I’ll be buying! Most importantly the submission got attention. Not only from investors but recall MK noted more interest in the product. The submission made everyone realize rdgl is within striking distance of a viable product. I didn’t buy on the run up, made that mistake before.
That REG A was available for a LONG time - what losses did you take? I'm sorry I never asked this. This ticker was .06c POST split and hung around .02-.03 for a year after to add and finally ran to .31c and settled at .10c. How could you possible suffer a loss being as I know (by your word) you've had a large holding pre split which would mean your average couldn't be much higher than .06c? I feel like we're missing information here. If you took that 102k and simply purchased stock through your brokerage when the offering first was out at .027c (I believe it was) - I remember they did the offering and the stock dropped BUT you'd have 1,000% profits....
