Yes that is possible. My own thoughts were for late Feb. The powers that be do not move fast and as had been mentioned Covid has had a great impact. There likely have been important people in quarantine to cause delay. More than a few here getting our emotions worked up about what this week holdsand I'm anxious as well . I just think it will be awhile yet.
