I'm not saying it's bogus. It just seems unnatural. Everyone one knows Les and his 200M naked shorts. I just tend to look for patterns.

With great respect to Sojo, it sounds similar to my call with DI including the unsolicited “don’t you think we’d have to tell everybody if the trial failed,” lamenting the shorts, going on and on about how complicated everything is, telling me how many shareholders there are, etc.
I will say that the “statistical compilation is ongoing” sounded odd at first, but it could just be a noncommittal way of stating that they have TLD and are still compiling the detailed statics for the journal.
