Wrong big time. Govt clearly said they will not release until court cases resolved. Clearly that means THEY WANT TO SETTLE and they have 120 days to do it.

Can't release until after Warrants are exercised also.

Now would be a great time to share your Letter from the SEC re: the Warrants with Janet Yellen.

That way she can remove that requirement to release the GSEs from Conservatorship.

StockP - if the gov is cornered, why didnt they settle before or after oral arguments. Rest assured the courts will handle the heavy lifting which seems to have been always the case.
