Lipstick building... Rick and Sol Katz...at one time part owners of the Mets... spent a few US tennis open with them.. my girlfriend at the time...just friends...Jamie Stein.. Her father Don Stein...SA associates...NY builders, had a joining box seats with the Katz brothers...and also partners in some deals.
