Nowhere in my my post did I mention the word "blockchain" or any variant thereof. Blockchain has been globally accepted and implemented by many industries and services seeking to improve the integrity, efficiency, reliability, and security of their varied pursuits.
I was referring to only one of blockchain's beneficiaries and the threat it posses to the international finance and banking system. Bitcoin and crypto currencies in general.
I do not deny that blockchain technology and its variants are currently in their infancy and that their potential to affect the transactional portion of the world economy are limitless.
I still stand by my belief that the days of a truly independent crypto currency operating without Central Bank and IMF control are doomed.
As soon as financial bureaucrats have the means to subvert, delegitimize, and with the help of legislation provided by sovereign governments replace the current basket of free trading cryptos, Bitcoin will become yet another idea for the good of civilization that has been crushed by the elite ruling class.
