The focus isn’t a test kit. There was a rumor about the test kits back then, if I remember right.

ITV-1 (HIV treatment) is about to undergo a toxicity test under FDA guidelines, then they will find out what research will transfer from Bulgaria. Bulgaria is on the FDA’s MRA list, that’s one of many catalysts to push this higher.
