Fidelity does not charge me a commission to trade ZNOG. In fact today I sold out my position at .90 because it hit my breakeven point. I missed the high point because it was in the 3 day settlement window. :-( The only rule that bugs me with Fidelity is that I cannot buy an OTC stock with a stop sign.
