R/S are usually garbage and the stock just goes down again...this is to get on Nasdaq which is the only positive reason for a R/S IMO. Only time will tell what happens here but Chris better have some big news queue'd up this week
How many of those reverse splits were to move from the OTC to Nasdaq? Most are done with the company remaining on the same exchange and used as a method to clean up the companies existing 'poor' financials. This is not Lexaria.
