The vehicle worked well enough to begin with, recognizing Canadian cars and pedestrians just as well as German ones. But then Czarnecki took the autonomous car for a spin in heavy Ontarian snow. Firstly level 5 already exists as Elon Musk uses a beta version on the way to work everyday. It will be made available to public in 2021. When it does come out there will be no restrictions and not regulated by any geofencing area determined by the Government. As Tesla and Elon Musk are responsible for determining these parameters and direct the government on these limitations.

In winter conditions Tesla level 5 automous excels and can save millions of lives. As Tesla does use a lidar system but instead a series of. highly advance robotic cameras in conjunction with A.I software.
