I don't believe it is the same company. This is what I found: https://www.globenewswire.com/news-release/2021/01/08/2155767/0/en/Herborium-Group-Inc-Shareholders-Update-Letter.html . Herborium's website is not updated at all. I would expect them to update it fairly soon.

It's hard to say. That link just looks like printed masks. Not much protection. I don't think it's the same.
