Yup, and why there are laws.
Peaceful protest is encouraged.
Breaking and entering, violence, threat of violence, etc,..
Should be met with policing.
There are rules.
I thought the 'restraint' however one wants to characterize it was Appropriate to the threat and political context.
I'm guessing the two lives lost were due to confusion/poor judgement
Or otherwise accidental.
And, as you say, instigated "based on lies and falsehoods".
