Those are all sites that don't bother to update their data because they couldn't care less about an OTC issue. One needs to do their own DD if they're going to play in this market.
OTC markets may be a private for profit site, but they have some respectability and can't provide erroneous information to the public without the SEC coming down on them. Read the filings.
As I mentioned, the company submits filings to the SEC, even though at the present time, they're delinquent. But SEC filings beat the hell out of the sites you're basing your beliefs on.
