You could be right but one thing that is missing in your synopsis with Johnson and his false claims is the other side of the coin and that is Barrick and all of their false claims and misleading press releases. Barrick has done the same thing and have gotten a get out of jail free pass from the BCSC, OSC, NEC and the TSX. The BCSC at the same time that they halted MSX should have halted Barrick. Then they should have been allowed to produce their info and then a rash decision would be achieved. But that is in a perfect world and we are not there. So the BCSC through the book at MSX and BJ passed on a sworn affidavit from Ossa that is now debunked and totally false. The case that the BCSC has against MSX has just been destroyed and has absolutely no merit. The BCSC needs to take the legal and lawful steps to solve this debacle. There is only one way to do it and that is by title, I am told that the reason that the appeals court sided with MSX is that they presented titles. If this is true the BCSC needs to call Barrick in and ask them to present titles and end this charade. This needs to be done now.....
