Trust me my body breathes market and I have been a market maker myself on 6/10 top traded stocks on one of India's top exchanges before I travelled to US in 1996-97.
There is a reason why I am caution some retail investors not to go short on this scrip at these levels. It will be brutal on them. Water remains still before it starts boiling...
There is a lot happening in the company and I am least worried of the current lows... No matter how much may worse it may trade, there are hardly 323,000 shares....For a company that has inherent potential at steep multiple I do not think it will take any time for these shares to get absorbed (One may follow caution on Forward Statements and act in their own prudence). I just do not want people to get caught unawares as that will be brutal...
And now on real estate and agriculture - What matters is not how much the stock price will go up with our transaction closure - but how much the bottom line multiplies. I will example a bit - Assume we are placing one residential apartment into a Residential REIT.... The investment goes from a qualified retirement asset account where in a tax deferent is 30% average. And given the pandemic times, apartments are steeply discounted...at 20-30%...This means virtually each apartment investment is just 50%. This zeroes downward risk, offers capital appreciation from that discounted levels and yield is on 3-3.5% on 50% value technically making on to realize yield at 6-7% plus capital appreciation is also from 50% base level.
Same is the case with agriculture... We have bargained 100,000 Acres (40,000 hectares of land) in Guyana for USD 0.25 per hectare. And we distribute this to our qualified investors for $40 to $60 per annual lease. Whereon earth anyone sees this money even before the crop is put to production.
We are digitizing and introducing crypto currency in this sector that calls for a different level trading levels.
I am not worried of the current $2-$3 ...I am not worried of shares exchanging hands at these levels...I just caution people not to dare short this stock....
