Let's get something straight here, Laxmi.

The stock won't go up when you book the Lavasa and agricultural assets. It will work the other way around. The assets will be worthless because the stock is worthless. It has happened many times in the China space. And it will reflect really realy bad on your clients.

You are already in a downward spiral which is almost impossible to get out of. Still want to do that forward split? That is really a joke to me.
