Hopefully the ones who buy the stock will enjoy holding it since they won't be able to sell it and then Arrayit shuts down when they can't pay the rent and are all busted for conspiracy and fraud. Great news on the doctors testifying against Schena. ARYC

That is true of TD Ameritrade which announced.

By January 31, 2021, TD Ameritrade will restrict orders in Caveat Emptor designated OTC securities to liquidating trades only.

And Fidelity which has prevented buying Caveat Emptor securities for a long time.

And effective Nov 21 2020 E*trade does not allow it either.

But when did the other brokerage houses announce a change in trading CE securities?
