I am not aware about all of the various brokerages. I had just heard that eTrade & TDAmeritrade had made changes. I was under the impression that both of them had a deadline of 31 Jan. So I stand corrected. Thanks.

E-Trade banned trading in Caveat Emptor (CE) securities as of 11/21/2020.

There's not going to be much, if any, of a market for CE stocks as of 01/31/2021.
