Well, you may be right, tho, Law, because a friend told me today that I could ask eTrade to send me the "Certificates of Shares" of ENZC that I own.
However, such a process of transferring my Shares sounds like such a glorious mess that it's almost not worth doing it!
Maybe it's better if I just keep hammering both eTrade's phone booth and Message Center. HOPEFULLY I'm bound to get thru SOMEday to SOMEone there!
And I do need to talk to eTrade about a couple of serious, important things on my Account that cannot be answered on "Frequently Asked Questions".
THIS is just RIDICULOUS!!!~ MY HOLDING FOUR (4) HOURS ON THEIR PHONE LINE & then it just cut me off!!! And you can't get an answer back from Message Center for FIVE (5) Days! I STILL don't have my answers back, but I DO NEED TO TALK/DISCUSS my questions with a LIVE Trader!
IF ANYone reading this has any pull with Etrade or can get thru to them, PLEASE REPORT THIS MOST EGREGIOUS BEHAVIOR OF THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!
NO MORE EXCUSES!!! I don't want to hear their excuses that they're overwhelmed as it's tax-time or it's the Holidays or they now have a larger workload bc everyones stock-trading or they're too busy acclimating & coordinating with their new Company JP Morgan, so they don't have enough employees to answer phones, but they're training them (this has been going on for 2 months already now...???!!!)
Seems they need to do SOMEthing to get their Customer Service Dept under control! Something to be said about getting too big for one's own (word deleted) good!!!
